About Me
My passion for training began with a love for athletics, long-distance running, and multi-discipline events like duathlons and triathlons. When I started university, I took up weight training at my local gym and quickly saw significant improvements—not just in strength and body composition, but also in injury prevention and recovery for my other sports. After a year, I was completely hooked. From that point on, I committed myself to continually expanding my knowledge, both inside and outside the gym.
After graduating, I turned my passion into a career, qualifying as a Personal Trainer. Now, with over 10 years of experience training clients full-time, I can confidently say this is the most rewarding job I could have chosen. The best part of being a PT is seeing my clients’ hard work pay off—helping them achieve their goals and build a long-term commitment to health and fitness. Watching the physical and mental transformations that come from a strong, active lifestyle is what drives me every day.
